Howard Heights is a spacious four bedroom home, located in a quiet subdivision in the town of Jay, just minutes from Whiteface Mountain. Lake Placid is only 12 miles away where visitors will discover a wealth of activities for all ages. Guests of Howard Heights will enjoy a quiet country retreat with ease of accessibility to neighboring towns.

The living room includes a wood burning fireplace, a large plasma t.v. and plenty of space. The kitchen is fully applianced and leads to an open eating area perfect for intimate gatherings. The main level of the home also hosts a laundry room and half bath.

The second level offers four bedrooms and two full baths. Three bedrooms on this level each have a queen size bed. The master suite has a spacious private bath and hosts a king size bed plus a double bed.

Cable television, DVD/VCR players, a stereo and a phone that allows for local calls are all available for guest's convenience. Linens, towels, dishes, glasses and cooking items are all included.
