Residence #1 is truly unique in that it has a separate entrance, a private porch and patio and stunning lake views. There is a beautiful grass lawn that leads to a private dock and swimming area.

Residence #1 includes a private suite with a queen size bed and full bath. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room for additional sleeping. The kitchen is fully applianced and there is a half bath in the hallway.

Saranac Lake is just a short ten minute drive to Lake Placid, where summer and winter activities are plentiful. It is also home to the Saranac Lake Winter Carnival, held during February which includes a week long schedule of many winter activities and the construction of the "Ice Castle" made completely out of blocks of ice.

During the summer months, enjoy boating, fishing and hiking all within Saranac Lake or take a trip to Lake Placid or Tupper Lake, both a short drive.

Television, DVD player, a stereo and a phone that allows for local calls are all available for guest’s convenience. Linens, towels, dishes, glasses and cooking items are all included.

Nightly: $175-$250 / Weekly: $1000 - $1500 (taxes included)
Cleaning fee: $50 (one time charge)
