Each residence includes three levels of living with a separate den, fully applianced kitchen, formal living room and dining area.

Pinehill 12 affords four full bedrooms, three full baths, a gas fireplace and a three season screened in porch. A sleeper sofa can be found in the family room for additional sleeping space. The laundry room is located on the lower level.

Pinehill 12 includes sleeping arrangements for 8-10 people and includes a king in the master bedroom, and a queen in each of the other three bedrooms. The sleeper sofa is also queen sized.

Cable television, DVD/VCR players, a stereo and a phone that allows for local calls are all available for guest’s convenience. Linens, towels, dishes, glasses and cooking items are all included.

Nightly: $450-$500/ Weekly: $3000 - $3500 (taxes included)
Cleaning fee: $100 (one time charge)
