Each residence includes three levels of living with a separate den, fully applianced kitchen, formal living room and dining area.

Pinehill 6 affords three full bedrooms, two and one half baths and a gas fireplace. A sleeper sofa can be found in the family room for additional sleeping space. The laundry room is located on the lower level.

Pinehill 6 includes sleeping arrangements for 6-8 people and has a queen in the master bedroom, a queen and a twin in the second bedroom and two queens in the third bedroom. The sleeper sofa is also queen sized.

Cable television, DVD/VCR players, a stereo and a phone that allows for local calls are all available for guest’s convenience. Linens, towels, dishes, glasses and cooking items are all included.

Nightly: $350-$400/ Weekly: $2100 - $2800 (taxes included)
Cleaning fee: $85 (one time charge)
